Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dedicated Pharmacist who will play an integral role in the daily operations of our medical center. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with multiple departments to help us deliver disruptive and innovative products and services. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally, working alongside accomplished leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires someone with a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a "get it done" spirit.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and suppliers.
- Personal Evolution: Continuously expand your knowledge and skills to stay updated with the latest in pharmacy practice and medication therapies.
- Autonomy in Decision-Making: Work independently to ensure that pharmacy services meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of pharmacy services within the broader medical center operations.
- Sales Support: Assist in promoting and educating patients about available pharmaceutical products, supporting sales objectives when applicable.
Must Have
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a pharmacist in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Proactive Attitude: A creative, autonomous individual with a "get it done" spirit.
Nice to have
- Experience in Software Tools: Experience with pharmacy management software or related healthcare tools.
- Additional Languages: Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Google AdWords or Content Creation: Experience in writing content or managing digital tools for healthcare marketing.
- Google Analytics or Other Analytical Tools: Familiarity with tools that help track and improve pharmacy services or patient outcomes.
